ALCOHOL

Alcohol use can effect how the body processes protein, which can lead to serious thinning of your hair. If your alcohol consumption is affecting your health, you might try cutting back or even stopping. You’ll be surprised at the difference in your looks.

GENETICS

Unfortunately, hair loss just comes down to a genetic lottery. If a parent or grandparent dealt with thinning hair or baldness, the condition is often passed from generation to generation.
